We purchased a much needed 2nd car for our family during the 3rd lockdown and we were a little dubious as we'd never bought a car in this way before i.e not seeing it or driving it before paying for it. However Toccar did come recommended by a friend.
From start to finish Tom was polite and professional. He really was brilliant!!
The car is lovely just as he described and we got the opportunity to do a 20 mile test drive before we drove the car away and he made sure we were happy. Had we not been happy with the car Tom guaranteed a full refund before we left his compound. His admin lady who dealt with all the invoicing etc was very attentive too. Would definitely buy through Tom again and definitely would recommend him!!

A round trip of 250 mile to view a car for sale at Toccar.The adverts on Gumtree and eBay were a true representation of the viewing.The communication from Tom was great from the start , from the phone calls to the texts , Tom answered all my questions, and I can be quite thorough and persistent.Tom was friendly, no pressure, explained all the details of the car and took me for a test drive.He was professional and gave good customer service.After the pleasant experience with Toccar and Tom ,I purchased the car from him. I was in constant contact with Tom through the full process of me getting my new 63plate BMW 318D touring, when he told me the car drove like it was new, he wasn't wrong! It drives amazing.

He put a full 12month MOT and service on it and also found a small chip in the windscreen which he repaired at no extra cost to myself,

Awesome guy. Very personable from start to finish. I bought the car from Tom 6 weeks ago and I'd love to say its been faultless since then, unfortunately it hasn't, but hey it's an 8 year old car. What has been great though is Tom's response, very diligent ensuring the car was repaired ASAP, in unfortunate circumstances I can't fault how he handled it a very big repair bill later (covered by warranty/Tom) and I'm back on the road. Would recommend

I bought a car from Tom and from the off it was excellent service. I hadn't seen the car prior to buying but Tom gave me full details and assurance and I felt 100% comfortable and confident buying from him. I live in Hull and Tom was able to deliver my car, which was very generous of him.
A terrific car, which I love. Unfortunately a minor problem needed to be looked at which occurred several days after purchasing and Tom was immediately on hand and able to pick up and get my car looked at the same day. Returned after 1 day, fully repaired, again delivering my car, which is now even more perfect!
Very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Friendly, courteous and professional, and able to contact easily.
Extremely happy, and would absolutely recommend.
